Raja Bhandari

8th grade science & Teaching As a Profession

Raja Bhandari teaches 8th grade science at Ivy and is lead instructor and head of the Teaching As a Profession track in the Environmental Institute.  She earned her B.S. in biology and minor in history from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and at Chattanooga.  Raja is a certified STEM Fellow, is certified by the U.S. Air Force Basic Military Training and Space Operations and is a recipient of the U.S. Air Force Achievement medal.  While in the Air Force, she flew GPS navigation satellites.
