Ansley Eichhorn is Ivy Academy’s Director of Admissions and Environmental Programming. A long-time activist at heart, Ansley is a champion for environmental education and believes every student deserves to have educational experiences in the outdoors. She is currently serving The Tennessee Environmental Education Association as a Board Member at Large and as East Tennessee’s Coordinator of ECO-TN (Every Child Outdoors Tennessee). She is also a Board Member of The North Chickamauga Creek Conservancy, where she enjoys helping connect people with public spaces. 

Ansley is a founding faculty member of many of Ivy’s AgriScience programs: The raised bed garden, Honey Bee Program, and the Poultry Program. The is currently working on implementing Ivy’s Citizen Science Outreach Program which will emerge Ivy students as leaders of citizen science data collection in our community. 

She lives on Walden’s Ridge in a certified wildlife habitat with her husband Benjamin, son Oliver, and lots of songbirds.
